How does it work?
Custom Designs & Size-Inclusive Apparel
You can submit your own artwork or collaborate with us to create a custom design that represents your cause. Fundraisers typically feature Gildan short-sleeve and long-sleeve t-shirts, with additional apparel options available upon request. We offer size-inclusive pricing from baby through adult 4X, with no upcharge for extended sizes.
How long does a fundraiser run?
You choose the timeline for your fundraiser. Most fundraisers run for approximately one week, but timelines can be adjusted to fit your needs. Once your fundraiser is live, you’ll receive a unique link to share with supporters.
How do orders work?
All orders are placed directly through your fundraiser link. We handle order collection, production, and fulfillment. You do not need to collect money, track orders, or distribute shirts — everything is managed for you from start to finish.
When do shirts ship?
Shirts are produced after the fundraiser closes. Once production begins, orders ship in as little as 7 days and are shipped directly to supporters, eliminating the need for pick-ups or group distribution.
How much can we earn?
Our fundraisers are designed to maximize profit while keeping prices reasonable for supporters. Groups choose their sale price, and profits increase as the price point increases. Many groups earn hundreds of dollars in just one week.
For example:
- Selling 50 short-sleeve shirts at $25 earns approximately $600 in profit
Our profit margins are significantly higher than many large fundraising websites, including platforms like Bonfire. Big-brand sites often keep a larger portion of each sale, while our model allows your group to keep more profit per shirt, helping you raise more money with fewer sales.
How do we receive our profits?
After the fundraiser ends and all orders are finalized, total profits are calculated and paid to you through your preferred method. Payments can be issued via check, Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal.
